Christine has been researching, teaching & practicing health, nutrition and fitness for over two decades. Her collective experience makes her uniquely qualified to help you reach your fitness goals. With a special focus on functional and therapeutic exercise, you will gain a greater awareness of your body mechanics as well as comprehensive instruction needed to achieve overall well-being. With her background in Structural Yoga Therapy and her experience training High School, College and Semi-pro athletes; body builders and fitness models, as well as those recovering from illness and injury, Christine has come to believe that being "functionally fit" is the ultimate objective. Her emphasis on creating safe and appropriate exercise programs has helped hundreds of folks just like YOU!
Certified as a Personal Trainer; Yoga & Kettlebell Instructor; Group Fitness Instructor; Raw Food Chef; Health Coach & Sports Nutrition Consultant, Christine is here to help you achieve results. Choose from half- hour or one-hour private and semi-private sessions.

Initial Consultation: $99
Thereafter, per (50 Min.) Session:
$45 Members; $50 Non-Members
OR per (25 Min.) Session:
$30 Members; $35 Non-Members

I was a struggling High School athlete until I began working with Christine. She taught me how to breathe, to stretch, to work on my form and my gait when running. She helped me with my pre and post game nutrition and to get my overall diet cleaned up. I couldn't believe it! In just a few short weeks, my acne went away and I had more energy on and off the field. At first, I though her methods might not be for me but after a few sessions, I could see an improvement. I was a three-sport athlete and when training came for each season, I was READY! When I went on to college and eventually joined the military, her training definitely helped me to excel. I can still hear her telling me: "You are more capable than you think..." With her coaching I have discovered over and over that she was right!
